The metals and alloys company was established in 1996; the main activity of the metals and alloys company is the manufacturing of zinc-based alloys (zamak 3, zamak 5, and kayem alloy) using primary zinc SHG, aluminum, copper, and magnesium metals, as well as the manufacturing of tin and lead-based alloys for the electronic and automotive industries.
The quality control of our metal alloys is carried out by an emission spectrometer whose analyses are of great precision. The analysis device is equipped with analysis programs to analyze zinc and its alloys, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, tin and its alloys, lead alloys, etc.
Our company, with integration in mind, transforms zinc-based alloys using injection machines with a power ranging from 40 to 65 tons to manufacture Zamak parts intended for various uses.
We also transform Kayem alloys through centrifugation to manufacture various items such as keychains, medals, belt buckles, shoe buckles, hardware parts, etc...
These zamak pieces undergo polishing in a vibrating polisher with abrasive stones.
We also carry out drilling and tapping of the parts.
